Roof Repair Services
King, Pierce & Snohomish County
Covertrust Roofing Solutions provides professional roof repair services for residential and commercial properties across the Puget Sound region. Whether you’re dealing with an active leak, storm damage, failing flashings or ageing shingles, we identify the true source of the problem before recommending any work. Every repair begins with a physical roof walk, because an accurate diagnosis is the only basis for a lasting fix.

Why Accurate Diagnosis
Matters
Roof leaks are rarely straightforward. Water enters at one point and travels along sheathing, rafters or insulation before appearing on your ceiling — often some distance from where the roof was actually breached. A repair that addresses only the visible symptom will fail.
Covertrust roofers physically walk every roof, inspect every penetration, flashing and transition, and trace the problem to its origin before a single nail is driven. This approach takes more time upfront. It saves significantly more time and money over the long term.
Every inspection done on the roof, not from a driveway or screen.
We find where water is actually entering — not just where it appears.
If a repair will suffice, we say so. We don't oversell replacements.

What We Fix
Repair Services
We Provide
Leak Detection & Repair
Systematic identification of the breach point, followed by a targeted repair that addresses the root cause — not just the interior stain.
Shingle Repair & Replacement
Cracked, lifted, missing or granule-depleted shingles repaired or replaced using materials matched to your existing system, where possible.
Drip Edge & Flashing Repairs
Step flashing, counterflashing, valley flashing and drip edge repaired or replaced to restore a watertight seal at all roof transitions and penetrations.
Plywood & Sheathing Repair
Rotted, delaminated or structurally compromised plywood identified and replaced before new roofing material is installed.
Storm, Wind & Impact Damage
Assessment and repair of damage caused by wind events, fallen branches or debris impact; including documentation support for insurance claims where required.
Moss & Weather Damage Repair
The Pacific Northwest's wet climate accelerates moss growth, which lifts shingles, retains moisture and causes premature shingle failure. We remove moss, treat affected areas and repair any underlying damage.

Warranty Transparency
Clarity Over
Confusion.
At Covertrust Roofing Solutions, we believe homeowners deserve clarity, not confusion. Most roofing companies do not explain how warranties really work — and some even mislead homeowners.
Material Ratings vs. Warranty
When distributors reference 20-year, 30-year, 40-year, or 50-year shingles, these numbers describe the grade, thickness, durability, and expected lifespan — not the warranty. Many roofers blur the line between lifespan and warranty on purpose.
How long shingles may last under normal weather conditions.
A manufacturer’s promise to cover defects, not wear and tear.
How Warranties Actually Work
Most manufacturers cover defective materials for the first 10 years (non-prorated), covering both material and labor. After 10 years, warranties become prorated — dropping more than 2% per year. The longer you own the roof, the less the warranty is worth.
Some manufacturers offer extended non-prorated warranties (40–50 years) but only to contractors who meet strict installation standards, use full roofing systems, and maintain manufacturer certifications.
The Covertrust Advantage
Because Covertrust Roofing Solutions follows strict manufacturer requirements, our clients may qualify for enhanced, longer warranties that many contractors can’t offer. We install every roof to specification, use proper accessories, and ensure ventilation and flashing meet all standards. If a contractor cuts corners, the warranty becomes void — a fact many roofers never mention.
